II. First Aid Methods for Mild Burns
(I) Quickly Remove the Source of Injury

III. First Aid Methods for Severe Burns

IV. Precautions after Burns
After a burn, attention should be paid to diet and mental state. The diet should consist of easily digestible foods rich in vitamins. Keep a pleasant mood and a relaxed state of mind. Drink plenty of water to promote the body's detoxification and metabolism and accelerate the speed of skin repair and renewal. During the treatment period, avoid strenuous exercise and exposure to the sun to prevent issues such as wound dehiscence and sunburn.
